RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with a store credit or exchange which has no expiry date for all full priced items.
Any items discounted at 20% or more will only be illegible for an exchange.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of from the delivered date.
The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor.
Please also note, we are more than happy to help with any issues to make sure that you are satisfied with your Jefre Sei pieces
RETURNS PROCESS
1. Read our Returns Policy to make sure your return is eligible.
2. Head to our Returns Portal by clicking here. Enter your Order Number and the email address or mobile associated with the Order.
3. Once your return request has been approved you will receive an email containing the details on what to do next.
4. When sending back items pleas ensure the garment is in original condition, unworn with tags attached
5. Package up your item securely and send back within 5 days of your return request being accepted via registered or express post. International orders needs to be returned to within 7 days of your return request being accepted. Items are to be sent back to JEFRE SEI is at the cost of the customer. JEFRE SEI reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More to Pay stamped on them.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe to have received a faulty item, please report it to us within 48 HRS of receiving your item so we can swiftly rectify here.
You will need to supply supporting imagery so we can best understand the situation. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn and are subject to a replacement or repair.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We regret to inform you that once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Our dedicated warehouse team works diligently to ensure that your package is dispatched as quickly as possible, often picking and packing orders just moments after they are received. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review your order details and ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase prior to submitting it. Thank you for your understanding.
Return to sender disclaimer :
If your order is not collected within the required timeframe set by your local postal service, customs office, or courier provider, or if an incorrect/incomplete shipping address has been provided, the parcel may be returned to us.
Please note that any re-shipping costs to have the parcel sent back out will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover additional shipping fees for returned parcels.
If the customer chooses not to pay the re-shipping fee, the order will be processed in accordance with our standard returns policy.
