Sale Period

Our Black Friday Sale & Cyber Week will run from 10:00am AEDT on 01 November 2025 through to 5:00pm AEDT on Thursday 4th December 2025.

All promotional pricing is valid only for orders placed within these exact dates and times.
We are unable to adjust the price of any previous order, regardless of when it was placed, and we cannot honour sale pricing once the promotion has ended.


FLASH OFFER TERMS

Throughout the sale period, we may release short, limited-time flash offers (e.g., “extra 10% off for 48 hours”).
These flash promotions:

  • Apply only during the specified time frame

  • Cannot be applied to past purchases

  • Orders over $100
  • Cannot be added retroactively if a discount code was not entered correctly at checkout

  • Do not qualify for partial refunds or adjustments after the order is submitted


DISCOUNT CODES

  • No additional discount codes can be used with our Black Friday offers.

  • This includes the $15 sign-up reward, which remains valid on full-price items only.

  • Discounts cannot be combined under any circumstances.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the high demand of Black Friday & Cyber Week, once an order has been submitted:

  • It cannot be cancelled

  • It cannot be edited or updated

  • Discounts cannot be added after the order is placed

Please double-check all details at checkout, including size, colour, and delivery address.

JEFRE SEI / SHE IS OLLÁ is not liable for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


RETURN POLICY

FINAL SALE / OUTLET ITEMS

Products marked under $100 are our final sale items and or requiring agreement to Final Sale terms before adding to cart are considered strictly final sale.
This means:

  • No returns

  • No credits

  • No exchanges, including for sizing

Please refer to our size guide prior to purchasing.

Manufacturing Faults (Major):
If a Final Sale item is found to have a major manufacturing fault (e.g., broken zipper rendering the garment unusable), the item may be returned for:

  • A repair, or

  • A replacement in the same style/size

A refund will only be issued if repair or replacement is not possible.

Minor Imperfections:
Minor fabric flaws or expected imperfections are not eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
Final Sale pricing reflects this.


FULL-PRICED ITEMS (NO DISCOUNT USED)

If a full-price item was purchased at full price with no discount applied, our standard return policy applies:

  • Store credits, or exchanges available

  • Must be lodged within 7 days of delivery


SHIPPING & DISPATCH DURING BLACK FRIDAY

While our team works hard to dispatch orders promptly, Black Friday is an extremely busy period.

Please note:

  • Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm AEDT cannot be guaranteed during this timeframe

  • Allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched

  • Express and Same Day orders will be prioritised over Standard Delivery

  • Delivery delays may occur with Australia Post due to seasonal congestion

  • Orders cannot be refunded due to delivery delays or late arrival
